1. What is the Premium?
The premium is fixed as it's a unified policy. Life Insurance costs 15 RO. Health Insurance costs 70 RO. Total with VAT = 86 RO.
2. What are the Coverages?
Life coverages: Fatality resulting from Any Cause Irreversible Total Disability due to Accident or Illness Irreversible Partial Disability due to Accident Medical Costs Arising from Accident Transportation of Deceased Remains Airfare in the case of Permanent Total Disability
- Health Coverages: Treatment for outpatients Treatment for inpatients Charges for hospital accommodation or room rent Fees for consultants, physicians, medics, and paramedics Charges for diagnostics, radiology, and imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, etc.) Costs for medications and solutions
3. What is the Claims Process?
Client will share to TAOI Copy of Policy ID card Sponsor / worker Medical card -if any Hospital Report Payment receipts and invoices Duly filled Claim form
